Upon certification by the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC), David K. Leung’s talents were first recognized by the United Nations in 1984, when he was awarded a U.N. medal as an outstanding and promising young architect after winning a worldwide competition on Tomorrow’s Habitat held once every 10 yrs, by UNESCO and the International Union of Architects.
With over 25 years of global experience and versatility in both the architectural profession and property development industry, having held sought after positions as Chief Design Architect with leading architectural firms in North America and as General Manager and Group Executive Director of publicly listed property development groups, with award-winning projects that extend across North America, Asia to the UK, including the Metropolitan Toronto Hall in Canada, Battery Park World Financial Center in New York, London Canary Wharf World Financial Center in the UK, Tokyo Bay World Financial Center in Japan, etc., just to name a few.......

梁建伟先生是 DKL 梁建伟国际的创办人和集团总裁。曾任北美洲商业地产和领先开发商高管、顶级建筑师事务所的联席合伙人及总建筑师，香港上市房地产集团的副总经理和东南亚国际房地产集团的执行董事等重要决策职位，是一位专业的房地产开发战略师和出色的规划建筑设计大师。
